Five reports from your Jobber data, updated every night

For small home service companies on Jobber. We set it up for you by email.

What you get

Five reports in a web dashboard. You sign in with Jobber.

  • Forecast. What scheduled visits should bring in by day and week, and forecast against actual by month.
  • Revenue by category. Revenue, invoice count and average ticket per service category, by month.
  • Commissions. Each salesperson's commission at your rate, by quote approval date or by invoice date.
  • Unpaid invoices by age. Open balance per client: not yet due, 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, over 90 days.
  • Yesterday. Quotes approved and payments received on the last business day.

Download any report, or all your data, as an Excel file. The files also open in Google Sheets.

How setup works

  1. By email, we agree on your revenue categories and commission rate.
  2. Your Jobber admin approves read-only access for our app, and the first sync runs.
  3. We check the first reports with you against Jobber. Then they update every night.

Pricing

All prices are per Jobber account.

Pilot, first three customers:

$300 setup, then $49/month,

held for 12 months from the day your subscription starts.

Standard:

$500 setup, then $99/month.

  • You pay for setup after your Jobber admin approves access and the first sync runs. If we don't finish setup within 30 days of your payment, we refund it in full.
  • The 14 days after setup are free. Email us within them and we refund the setup fee in full.
  • On day 15 we email you a subscription link. The subscription starts when you pay it. If you don't pay within 14 days, the service ends and we delete your data.
  • Cancel by email, or through a billing link if we send you one. It takes effect at the end of the paid month; we don't refund part-months, except as set out in the Terms. Disconnecting Jobber stops the sync but doesn't cancel the subscription.
  • US dollars, plus taxes where they apply. Card payment through Stripe, shown as CODEGRAIN REPORTS on your statement.

Your data

  • Read-only access: our app can't change anything in Jobber. The app is private; Jobber has not reviewed or approved it.
  • Stored in Frankfurt, Germany. We don't store your clients' emails, phone numbers or addresses.
  • When you disconnect, we delete your Jobber data within 24 hours, and backups within 7 more days. See our Privacy Policy.
